Before your appointment

Can you notarize documents at a hospital or care facility?

Yes. Please confirm with hospital or facility staff that visitors are permitted and that the signer will be available before the appointment.

Can you notarize a will?

Yes, when the legal and notarial requirements can be satisfied. Wills require witnesses. Please consult the attorney who prepared the will regarding the required signing procedure and number of witnesses.

What identification is required?

Each signer must present a valid government-issued photo ID acceptable under the law of the state where the notarization occurs.

Can you provide witnesses?

Yes, by advance appointment and subject to availability. Witness coordination is $100 per witness. Same-day witness requests cannot be guaranteed and may carry an additional expedited fee.

Can I sign before you arrive?

No. Your signature must be witnessed by the notary in person unless a different procedure is specifically permitted for the notarial act.

What payment methods do you accept?

Venmo, cash and check. Venmo may be paid when scheduling. Cash and checks are due before the notarization begins.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

Yes, when scheduling permits. Same-day appointments are subject to availability and an additional charge may apply.

How much will my appointment cost?

Your quote depends on location, number of notarial acts, signers, timing, witness needs, printing and other requested services. A firm quote is provided before confirmation.
